Global Initiatives
Global Medical Relief Trips
Global Physicians for Peace now leads international medical relief trips alongside pre-medical and medical students, offering hands-on service experiences in underserved communities abroad. These trips combine clinical outreach with cultural immersion, allowing students to assist in patient care, health education, and community wellness initiatives under the supervision of licensed professionals. Through this global service, students gain valuable exposure to real-world healthcare challenges while making a tangible impact on vulnerable populations.

Community Health Worker Training
We have developed training programs for community health workers (CHWs) to expand access to primary healthcare services in underserved communities. CHWs can be trained to provide health education, preventive care, and basic medical services, thereby strengthening primary care delivery at the grassroots level.
If you are a CHW in a medically underserved community outside USA and would like to receive this training, please fill out the registration form.
Disaster Preparedness Training
We have developed training programs to prepare healthcare professionals for responding to natural disasters, humanitarian crises, and public health emergencies. This includes training on disaster management protocols, triage systems, and coordination of emergency medical services.
